[WIP]History of Nephthys

The eyes of a newly taken host awoke on a bed of shimering gold, they imediatly darted to a figure standing above, in a strong commanding vioce, the figure spoke and introduced herself as Nut.

Lowering her head slightly she revelead her name.

"Nephthys, so shall it be" exclaimed Nut

All the Knowledge of her Goa'uld Kin was rushing threw Nephthys's Mind, Nephthys was assigned into the BioTechnology Research and Engineering Quadrant of Nut's Empire.

The resources at Nephthys's Disposal was tramendous, she made numerous progresses throught her service to her Mother.

But War was brewing between the former allies Geb and Nut, an attack was iminent, taking action to protect herself against certain Death, she gathered to herself around 50 unbranded Jaffa and fled threw the Cha'ppai...

...Nephthys and her new Jaffa exited the Cha'ppai and entered into a barren wasteland, or so it seemed.

Nephthys and her jaffa guard walked a fair distance south of the stargate untill they came to a halt, gathered into a circle a large scale version of the rings burst out of the ravanged landscape, transporting them down into a secret underground base.

Construction of this covert base, out of the realms of both Geb and Nut had begun long before, Geb's intentions of absorbing Nut's realms had become apparent.

The Jaffa imediatly began setting themselves out across the base.
Nephthys made her way to her laboratory and downloaded all of her research into the base computer.

Whilst the exact level of advancement of her sensors could never be known in comparriosn to other Goa'uld at the time she did know that they were at least the equal of Nut - and probably Geb. Numerous communications were interecepted, some more important than others, but news had reached the goa'uld that Nut's homeworld had come under attack and extensive damage had been caused. Nephthys' decision to leave had been a wise one....(more to come soon)

Despite the turbulent times which had currently gripped the galaxy she opted not to have an iris installed on the stargate, knowing that doing such a thing would alert potential enemies to her presence there. She soon learned that despite the harsh conditions of the planet there were many Humans who populated the world, but she had no use for them other than occasionaly to 're-stock' her jaffa contingent, she watched as several goa'uld came to the planet and set up their rule and were conquered by another goa'uld, throught the ages none were aware of her presence there.

However she could only advance her knowledge so far with the resources in her lab, and soon she craved new materials to expand her stagnating research, she had always known that the goa'uld despitee their almost immortal lives from the view of a slave, that mortality was a curse yet to be shifted.

Eventually reaching breaking point, she order several jaffa, who now born the mark of the cresent moon the royal insignia of Nephthys, left the confines of the lab, with a single objective. To find a goa'uld symbiote.

The Jaffa traveled for many months through the chapp'ai in search of a symbiote with limited succes, the trouble was removing the symbiot, Nephthys had perfected a symbiote extraction process but it was not instant, so they had to plan extremly carfeully.

Finally they came unto a world of a minor goa'uld in the service of Sokar, his jaffa were currently stretched as sokar was at war with another goa'uld and this provided the perfect oppertunity to execute their mission....

Nephthys was the daughter of the goa'uld queen Nut
Nephthys herself is a goa'uld queen, and is capable of producing many more goa'uld asexually

Nephthys has been imprisoned in a stasis jar, why she was imprisoned is still unknown for most of this time are now dead, for aproximatly 1,000 earth years which was entrusted by Ra to Seth before his fall from grace and his hiding on earth, he had kept her imprisoned untill his death at the hands of the tauri, at which point one of his servants proceeded to open the jar and was taken as a host.

Nephthys fled earth and started regaining her former power

in this time Osiris, Nephthys's sister, was also awakened and went into the service of anubis and learned much of ancient technology, however she was removed from her host and executed, the host retains the knowlwedge of the symbiote in their subconsious so Nephthys devised a plan to gain acces to the former host of Osiris to gain her knowledge, However this host was for some reason unapealing to Nephthys, she soon executed the host and chose a new one, one which would last another 3,000 years.

Having achieved this Nephthys proceeded to advance her knowledge of technology and one day rule the galaxy, to aid her in this conquest The Cult of Nephthys was founded, and its location and base of operations kept secret and hidden to all those who seek to find it...

The Cult has started in recruiting members and they have found the location and continue to infultrate their way thre many circles of potential power.

Nephthys's royal guard are known throught the goa'uld as Moon Guard due to the crescent symbol etched into their armour, and their bat like apearance, the tauri who have recently started to come into contact with these new adversairys now believe that when nephthys left her earth outpost the local populace started spreading word of her royal guard, and this is the basis of the vampire myths
