2x17 Coup D'etat

The Genii are back and of course cause more trouble, which turns out to be a quite enjoyable story and a really good episode.

Personally I liked it a lot - it was a very fun episode.

And what are your thoughts about it?

ive seen this episode and now that leyton is the boss of the Genii is the Genii/Atlantian alliance all good again?

i never did like the genii, its so annyoing how time after time atlantis is stupid enough to walk into their traps

i guess were sorta allies, but i can see them taking advantage of u yet again. if we are allies its gonna be a very shaky friendship

This was a great episode, the best so far in season two .

It had everything you could possibly want from the series and for once they didn´t just resort to the "beam´em out at the last second" cliché

yeah i liked this epesode a lot. although i still think that Dr. Wier makes dumb decisions

such as walking into every geni trap, and then telling on the one guy who is going to overthrow guy who set all those traps up.

This most certainly was a great episode -- one of the best in fact. It's good to see Genii back in business and as usual they are up to no good. But they are smart and the episode in overall is well executed. Also it's good to see characters who have more depth in them .. I mean in general character tend to be either good or bad and there's no grey areas. I this episode we'll see people who have their own agendas and most certainly welfare of atlanteans is not one of them. And still they are not evil.

At the end, they said that their secret was safe with the Genii and they wouldn't tell the Wraith, but they didn't say allies like we were going to see Genii start coming into Atlantis a lot, so what I got from it was that it's like a neutral relationship, but I'm not sure.

The Genii are starting over, so its goona be a while. thyll probobly come back when the wraith attack them or something, again.
