Ancient Outpost on Teyla's home planet

I would like to see the team go back to the planet they first met Teyla on and investigate that outpost across the lake. They were planning to anyway before the Wraith attacked and kidnapped half of them

What do you think? Might be a ZPM there.

go back and look at the structure of some of the buildings in that city and see if there is any resemblence to atlantis

Also remember the episode with the time travel device. They talk about the outpost on the planet, but they refer to the planet with its computer name. I think we wont see it. Most likely we are to assume that they went and found nothing. Or the Wraith destroyed the outpost when they left the planet.

I have seen it but all I saw was structures that had some resemblens to Atlantis . But then again Teyla`s people once were fairly advanced and also worshipt Alterans so it could just have been theyr old city as Teyla said her people lived there before the Wraith became. I was just pointing out that it may have been advanced city but not neceserily Alteran outpost.

Like always I may be wrong

I don't think they would have gone back without showing us, because usually when they do something off screen, they usually say it if it's important.

watch it again some of them did search the ruins before the wraith attack because in the cell on board the hive ship one of the ppl from tylas planet says sumthing like "if ud have listened we would be here" refering them searching the ruins

Yeah, I just finished watching it, and they did search it. Tayla's people also called it the city of the Ancestors so it was most likly Ancient, just wonder why they didn't find anything at all that could help.

i dont remember them saying that eylas people were advanced

They did master fire, but they couldn't have built that city or else they wouldn't have been afraid to go into it because they would have known the Wraith wouldn't come if they went in if they were really that advanced. They called it the city of the ancestors, which most people call the Ancients in Pegasus Galaxy.

During season one they did mention that Teylas ppl were once much more advanced then they are now. And why couldn`t they have built the city. I dont mean Teyla but her ppl long ago. Think about it in Rising one Daniel said that the Alterans left for Pegasus millions of years ago (maybe 8 dont quite remember the nr) and wraith came to the game much later after alterans had started life in pegasus. Remembers before the Wraith the Genai were a greate federation. as said in season one so it is possible that during millions of years of evolution before the Wraith appeard Teyla`s ppl could have built the city.

There may have been lot`s of planets that could have keep the wraith at bay but finaly lost like Alterans becouse they were out numberd.

It may be far fetcht but this is sci fi everything is possible!!!

But look at those buildings. If anyone has any way of taking a screenshot of it and posting it that would be nice. They all look ancient like in design, and if Teylas people did build that then they had technology that at least rivaled us if not higher than us, in which case they would have had some underground facilities or something like that to escape the cullings.

As you can see, very much an Ancient structure, similar even to the towers at Atlantis!
